AERQ is an innovative startup company in which I have been part of a multi-cultural group from the start.
As a Process Engineer, I am responsible for internal design, control and development processes in accordance with airworthiness regulations. We work in an agile environment and our team is growing steadily and rapidly.
What I like the most about working at AERQ is that people from all over the world come together to create something new. It is exciting to see, how consumer electronics and aviation are joining forces and I truly believe that we can disrupt the industry with our approach. I’ve been with AERQ since August 2019 and can honestly say that there hasn’t been a single day that equaled another. The company, staff and responsibilities are constantly changing and we have to adapt to those changes with flexibility, creativity, drive and a hands-on mentality.
