The most exciting part is being able to see the growth of the final product day by day. We receive the final customer feedback each day. As we work in an Agile methodology, we can adjust the development and push it forward in the right direction very smoothly. As I enjoy working with people from all over the world, being a Software Product Owner at AERQ is the right place to be. Also, the location of AERQ in Hamburg, Germany is a huge positive. I’ve been with AERQ since August 2019 and can honestly say that there hasn’t been a single day that equaled another. The company, staff and responsibilities are constantly changing and we have to adapt to those changes with flexibility, creativity, drive and a hands-on mentality.
